Rodd and Gunn Melbourne Flagship Case Study

The Brief Four floors. One system.
A 1930s building with no risers.

Rodd & Gunn's Melbourne Global Flagship occupies a restored art deco building on Little Collins Street. The scope: full electrical, a Philips Dynalite commercial lighting control system commissioned across every level, a Zelo-designed LED wall at the retail entry, commercial kitchen power, CCTV, two data racks, and speaker cabling throughout.

The constraint: a heritage-listed building with no existing risers, concrete beams, and corniced ceilings that couldn't be touched. Every cable run had to be planned around the architecture — nothing surface-mounted, nothing visible.
