Bellevue Bar & Terrace is Australian Venue Co’s new riverside pub on the Crown Riverwalk in Southbank: a public bar, dining room, private dining room and a terrace running the full width of the venue along the Yarra, trading from lunch to a 3am licence.
The scope: full electrical, power and data, decorative and back-of-house lighting, Dynalite lighting control with DALI dimming, and a venue-wide AV system across five zones.
The constraint: the venue’s biggest room is outdoors. The terrace got weather-rated speakers and a 5,000-nit LED screen that stays readable in daylight. Everything runs from one rack and one iPad, so staff can take the venue from lunch to game night to DJs without touching a cable.
